In the event that a customer has booked a service but announces the cancellation, the following charges will apply:

• 30% of the total tour value if the cancellation is announced within 7-5 days before the arrival date.
• 75% of the total tour value if the cancellation is announced within 4-2 days before the arrival date.
• 100% of the total tour value if the cancellation is announced within 48 hours before the arrival date.
